iFixit is hiring a Software Product Manager to help us lead the repair world into the 21st century. We need to make it so easy to fix things that it’s simpler to fix what you’ve got than replace it with something new.
Powering the iFixit experience is our multilingual content management system, e-commerce engine, and reputation-based Q&A service. Together, they enable over 100 million people a year to fix things. We’re looking for someone to help us evolve these products so we can help a billion people a year.
We have a strong vision for the future of repair, and we need you to build it. A successful candidate will be an experienced leader that excels at people development and dealing with ambiguity. They will possess a strong attention to detail, a reputation as someone who focuses on the customer, and bring simplified solutions to complex problems.
One of the reasons iFixit leads the world in repair is because of our engineer-led, collaborative culture. Our product managers work closely with creative and prolific engineers, designers, and community managers to build technologies that improve access to the world's repair information.
Working for a small company on a tight-knit team is a chance to manifest your creativity in a way that will make a big difference in the final product.
